Ability of patient to breathe comfortable lying flat: a bit difficulties.

Already medicine provided:
1. Losertine 50mg
2. Antacid 20mg/ 2
3. Clonazepam 0.5mg

Assistance require: Medical Evacuation- 1 person. Heart attack. Below treatment provided. However, CIRM suggest for hospitalization. Distance: 130nm, Puerto Bolivar, Venezuela.

Kindly advise -can you arrange helicopter for him for hospitalization ??
