Hello

Marlab is proud to participate in this forum. We do what we can to support and encourage SAR organisations and discussion everywhere. Since I do not speak Spanish at all, I will probably restrict myself to this english language section. I am looking forward to some interesting discussions and topics.

Best wishes to all

Good evening to all!
My name is Maria Dixon. I am a Shipping Consultant. I live in London. My company is ISM Shipping Solutions Limited. I would say that my speciality is Panama, since I was the Panamanian Registrar (Head of Shipping) for the Panamanian Registry at the Panamanian Consulate in London for over 20 years.

Presently I could say that I am between London and Panama. We are exclusive agents for Kongsberg the Norwegian Manufacturers of the Electronic Log Books for Ships. A new a revolutionary technology that has made a new era for Log books.

I am also advising with one of the largest and well known Accident Investigation companies in USA and UK and very soon with a Latin-American office located in Panama.

Furthermore we have created the Panama Shipping Directory pamanashippingdirectory.com the unique directory worlwide devoted specially to all the Maritime Cluster of Panama in a click. It is beyond yeloow pages. we actualy connect people in need to make contact and meet the movers and shakers of Panama in the Shipping Industry.

What else? There is more in the store!!! We are creating a Maritime Business Centre in Panama. The only Maritiime centre of the country. We are not only offering virtual offices, temporary offices for shipping people and maritime companies visiting Panama, we also are organising Monthly luncheon Buffets with a Guest Speaker and this will bring the Maritime Community united and abreast of what it is happening in our industry.

As you can see, we are the Panamanian specialist, so what ever you need in Panama, including yachts and Panama Canal advise, we are experts!.

We hope to contribute in this Forum and make it very active and full of interest news to share among all of us!

With my very best regards
Maria Dixon

Hello Everyone

It is a pleasure to have such a good blog like this one in order to share worthy information as much as possible regarding Maritime issues, I´m an attorney based in Maracaibo, Zulia State, West Venezuela. I might say that our state is the Venezuelan gateway to Maritime trading and business, through Lake Maracaibo, we ship overseas oil and gas, as well as exporting any other kind of products. Currently, there is very few attorneys branched in Maritme law and shipping business in our region, for I would like to share and swap all sort of Maritime information. Do not hesitate making your queries or requesting all matters related to this particular and interesting law field.

Very respectfully.
