Hello,
I am an investigating officer with the U.S. Coast Guard and am seeking to get in contact with an investigating officer from the Venezuelan Port Authority. I am hoping to get a copy, or at least a summary, of the preliminary investigation conducted on the M/V MARY ANN HUDSON following her grounding on the Oronico River, mile marker 138.1, Venezuela.
